TEAM AUT focuses on inclusive cycling, combining learning, training and shared experiences. Participants can develop balance and cycling skills, learn road rules and identify safe routes. These practical abilities can support greater independence and open up opportunities for social participation, work and wellbeing.

The Riequilibrio programme offers psychophysical wellbeing activities for a broad range of participants, including forest immersion, shiatsu and trekking accompanied by instructors and guides. The organization also describes its experience as involving inclusive sport and opportunities for interaction with animals.
