Colorado Craft Beef is a brand that is deeply committed to environmental sustainability and traditional stewardship of the land. Our story dates back over a century when our founder's great great grandfather took the bold step of establishing a ranch on the eastern plains of Colorado. Today, we continue the family legacy by selling directly to customers across the United States, offering them the finest quality beef.
Our headquarters are located on over 5,000 acres of land, where our cattle have ample space to roam and graze on the wild grasses and forage. We prioritize sustainability by closely monitoring the cattle's movement and conserving natural resources with the help of solar and wind energy. All our cattle work is done on horseback, reducing stress on both the animals and the landscape.
In addition to our cattle, our ranch is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including deer, antelope, coyotes, and wild birds. At Colorado Craft Beef, we take pride in our Colorado heritage and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality beef that embodies our values and principles
