Colorado Farm to Table

Colorado Farm to Table is a renowned nonprofit farm that has been dedicated to growing nourishing food for Coloradans in need since 1996. With a mission to address hunger in Colorado, they grow healthy vegetables and donate them to help hungry families across the state. What sets Colorado Farm to Table apart is their unique approach, as they are the only non-profit organization that combines a farming operation with an anti-hunger mission.

Every year, they raise and give away thousands of pounds of fresh produce, including cabbage, broccoli, sweet corn, acorn squash, and zucchini, exclusively for those facing food insecurity. The harvested produce is distributed at no cost to recipient organizations such as soup kitchens, churches, food banks, and pantries, who further distribute it to families and individuals in need. Covering eight Colorado counties and two large regions, including Chaffee County, the Pike's Peak Region, and the Metro Denver Region, Colorado Farm to Table ensures equitable access to fresh, nutritious, locally grown produce for all Coloradans.

By practicing stewardship, collaborating with partners, and engaging volunteers of all ages, they strive to make a lasting impact on hunger relief, agricultural education, and sustainability
