Colorado Street Ministries Inc

Colorado Street Ministries Inc. is a Christian nonprofit based in Aurora, Colorado, dedicated to serving people experiencing hardship and helping them move toward self-sufficiency. Guided by a faith-centered mission, the organization aims to meet people where they are and offer practical support, compassionate guidance, and opportunities for personal growth.

Its resources include job training and employment placement, housing assistance, food, drug and alcohol treatment, and counseling. The ministry also organizes monthly meal services and community events, and offers support through prayer, mentorship, and connections with partner organizations. A new food pantry is being planned to expand access to nutritious food.

Colorado Street Ministries invites individuals and organizations to contribute through volunteering, donations, and sponsorships, helping sustain meals, outreach, and mentorship. Its approach emphasizes a hand-up rather than a handout, with the goal of helping people overcome addiction and homelessness, build essential life skills, and find renewed purpose. Through community involvement and steady support, the ministry works toward a more compassionate community where people have resources and the opportunity to thrive
