Coloring Your Own creates everyday accessories and home goods that customers can personalize with their own artwork. The brand’s collection includes coloring blankets, backpacks, crossbody bags, handbags, pouches, and markers, featuring original designs printed on specialty fabric developed to keep colors crisp and prevent bleeding between design areas. Customers choose a design, color it in, and turn it into a useful item they can enjoy beyond the coloring process.
Permanent markers are recommended, with Graphmaster markers available in the shop; standard Sharpies also work, while washable Crayola markers offer a way to color, wash, and start again. For permanent coloring, the company provides care guidance that includes waiting 30 days before washing, heat-setting the design in a dryer, and washing cold. Coloring Your Own presents its products as creative projects for children, teens, and adults, suitable for school, travel, relaxation, or gifting. Founded around the idea of making a colorable backpack, the brand developed its specialty fabric after ordinary materials caused colors to blur.
