Beyond games, the organization connects with the community through summer camps, host-family opportunities, and batboy and batgirl sign-ups. It also shares news, season photography, and information about special events and the South City Park restoration project. The club’s community involvement has included donating $10,000 toward a sixth K-9 unit for the Redding Police Department.
