COLTS NFL FLAG FOOTBALL offers recreational, co-ed flag football leagues for children from pre-K through eighth grade. Its no-contact format uses flag pulling rather than tackling, giving young players a way to learn football fundamentals, build skills, and enjoy a team-oriented experience. The program welcomes boys and girls and is designed to be accessible to newcomers as well as returning players.

Leagues typically meet once a week on Sundays, with a season format described as seven weeks and two hours per weekly session. The site also lists a 5-on-5 format and provides season schedules, standings, field maps, rulebooks, practice videos, jersey sizing guidance, and resources for parents and coaches. Families can find league locations, registration information, financial aid and discounts, and details about upcoming seasons. Other opportunities include volunteering to coach, becoming an official, and taking part in events such as the NFL FLAG Tournament Series. The program is operated by RCX Sports, with support and partnership associated with the Indianapolis Colts, and serves families in locations including South Bend and St. John.
