Columbia Restaurant, established in 1905, is renowned as Florida's Oldest Restaurant℠. With a rich history spanning nearly 120 years, this iconic brand was founded by Spanish-Cuban immigrant Casimiro Hernandez, Sr. It all began when Casimiro opened the Columbia Saloon, which later transformed into the Columbia Restaurant in 1905.
Today, the Columbia Restaurant has expanded to become the largest Spanish restaurant in the world, occupying an entire city block. With seven locations spread across Florida, including Ybor City, Tampa, St. Armands Circle, Sarasota, Historic District, St.
Augustine, Sand Key, Clearwater, and Celebration near Orlando, the brand offers an authentic dining experience with delectable Spanish-Cuban cuisine.
