Columna Negra nació en el año 2023 como un estudio de arquitectura y diseño estratégico con una fuerte orientación hacia el análisis y la investigación de espacios. Nuestro principal objetivo es identificar y satisfacer las necesidades reales de nuestros clientes a nivel funcional, operativo y decorativo. About Columna Negra
Columna Negra is an architectural and strategic design studio located in Lima, Peru. Our main focus is on creating coherent and functional spaces. In addition to offering architectural, engineering, and design services, we go beyond traditional solutions by identifying opportunities for action, providing satisfying experiences, and offering more complete and flexible solutions.
Our portfolio includes a range of projects such as the GM 897, a complete bedroom renovation for two girls in San Isidro, and the Perla 103, a five-level multifamily building with an industrial style in Santiado de Surco. We also specialize in projects like the G 1107, a stylish bachelor apartment in Barranco. Behind Columna Negra are two creative minds, both architects, who share a common interest in research, development, and innovation in residential, work, retail, and landscaping projects.
