Comandante is a brand that specializes in coffee grinders, providing coffee enthusiasts with the perfect tool to extract the full potential of specialty coffees. The brand was founded in 2005 by Bernd Braune and his family, who were passionate about delivering delicious coffee to their customers. However, they faced a challenge as their customers lacked access to the right tools for optimum coffee extraction.
This led them to develop their own line of expert travel grinders, combining precision, high performance, and mobility. The grinders are designed to deliver consistent and repeatable results while being practical and enjoyable to use. Comandante's commitment to excellence is reflected in their iconic design and their continuous pursuit of innovation.
They have revolutionized hand grinder technology with their Nitro Blade® burr, which offers unparalleled grind quality. Their latest offering, the Comandante C40 Mk4 Nitro Blade®, features smart material science moves, refined internals, and an unbreakable polymer-glass Bean Jar, making it an ideal choice for coffee enthusiasts around the world. With a dedicated team and a leader in pursuit of the perfect cup, Comandante is poised to take the coffee world by storm
