Come Back to Bed

Come Back to Bed is a pleasure-centred, judgement-free practice offering relationship therapy, sex therapy and education. Founded by Selina Nguyen (she/they), a clinical relationship and sex therapist, the practice supports people who want to explore intimacy, desire, relationships and selfhood, whether they feel curious, stuck or somewhere in between. Sessions are available in person in Marrickville, Sydney, and online across Australia and worldwide, with the United States and Canada excluded. No referral is needed.

Come Back to Bed works with individuals and couples navigating challenges such as awkwardness around sex, difficulty communicating, changing needs or translating personal insight into intimate life. Its broader services include relationship and couples therapy, clinical supervision, content creation and consultation, community events and workshops, and collaboration on writing, educational projects and products. The practice also shares writing and media features that engage with topics including pleasure, mental load, gender and bodies. Come Back to Bed acknowledges that it operates on unceded Gadigal Land and celebrates diversity in bodies, genders, sexualities and relationships.
