Comet Lab is an AI consulting and implementation partner based in Mumbai, India. The company helps businesses put AI to work within their existing operations and tools, aiming to streamline workflows, reduce running costs, and give teams more time for higher-value work. Its services include an AI Audit that identifies where AI may fit across an organisation’s processes, workflow automation, tailoring open-source tools, and building custom AI applications. Solutions can assist staff or run workflows end to end, with people reviewing the results where appropriate.

Comet Lab works with clients through a practical, collaborative process: it maps how work is done, builds and tests solutions in short cycles, then deploys the finished systems in the client’s accounts with documentation and team training. Projects can connect with common business platforms, including CRM, communication, productivity, and finance tools. The company says clients retain ownership of the code, data, and infrastructure, and can run the systems without an in-house engineer.
