At Comfit, we are specialised in literature monitoring for pharmacovigilance since 2009. We focus on reviewing LOCAL journals. We developed a method which combines the knowledge of trained, medical professionals with a validated software uniquely designed for the purpose of literature monitoring tailored to the requirements of our clients. By monitoring, we mean that our medical professionals analyse the articles with the consideration of 72 aspects and index the article data in our database while our software turns the data into useful information tailored to the interest of our users. Our method ensures that our users are provided with relevant information with precise timing. We support our users to construct their search and our expertise provides them with answers to challenges such as variants of search terms, duplicates, reconciliation or EMA MLM. Our distinctive feature is that we provide full transparency on our documentation system. We offer our clients to follow our reviewing work and procurement of journals real-time online and to search past data so to check our performance any time. With our service, our users can easily exercise quality control over our work and be at ease at audits and inspections. We serve over 70 clients. We are proud of the fact that our contracts have been renewed ever since they were signed. We do not only gain clients' trust, but we are excellent at how to keep them satisfied. In our VigIntelligence service, we carry out daily monitoring of regulatory guidelines, laws and news at national medicine agencies. We provide our clients with relevant and clear-cut information to support their work. Not only do we point to modified pages, but identify the precise new content compared to the previous data in effect. Our clients are well informed, but not overwhelmed with information as we tailor the data in the email notifications to the information needs of each user.

ComFit Europe Ltd. Since 2008, we have been providing automated local medical literature monitoring services to our clients. Our unique database management system integrates patient-related articles from local journals into our database, ensuring high-quality and relevant information for our users.
Unlike other reference databases, ComFit focuses on local medical literature, as a significant portion of medical journals (15-70% depending on the country) are unavailable in these databases, yet publish a substantial number of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs). By merging literature data from various countries, we effectively support Marketing Authorisation Holders (MAHs) in meeting their literature monitoring responsibilities. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our ISO 9001:2015 certification and annual audits by TÜV Rheinland since 2011.
With our GAMP-5 validated software, we ensure the accuracy and reliability of our services.
