Comforting Healthcare is a care provider focused on delivering compassionate, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and decision-making. Its specially selected, experienced and trained staff provide care in clients’ homes or in hospital, following care plans tailored to individual needs. The company aims to build trusting relationships and help clients feel safe, comfortable and supported.

Services include personalised care, around-the-clock care and respite, medication assistance, diet and nutrition support, companionship and domestic help. The team also provides specialist support for people living with dementia, those receiving end-of-life care, and clients with stroke, motor neurone disease or Parkinson’s, as well as PEG feeding. Healthcare Support Workers are assigned to deliver care in the setting specified by each client.

Comforting Healthcare supports clients and families through regular care visits and responsive office support. Its phone lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year; office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
