Выход (ComingOutSpb) is a dedicated LGBTQ+ organization committed to advocating for the rights of queer individuals in Russia since 2008. Its mission is to ensure equal rights for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. The group provides vital support through various services, including individual and group therapy sessions led by qualified psychologists, legal consultations for cases of discrimination and violence, and career counseling.
Выход also plays an essential role in raising awareness, collecting real statistics on the LGBTQ+ community's circumstances in Russia, and distributing information to media and human rights organizations. Through its initiatives, the organization champions education about sexual orientation and gender identity rights, facilitating open discussions and workshops, including at events like QueerFest. Dedicated to non-violence and human rights, Выход fosters a safe space for individuals seeking assistance while collaborating with the broader LGBTQ+ community to promote tolerance and understanding in society.
