Comissão de Melhoramentos de Azeméis is a nonprofit Private Institution of Social Solidarity serving the parish and municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal. Founded on 6 October 1987, it works to promote social and cultural development, with particular attention to people in need, including children and older adults. Its first service was a day centre, opened in 1992, followed by a nursery inaugurated in 2001 to address the need for early-childhood support in the city.

The day centre helps older people break from routine through social, educational, cultural and recreational activities, as well as movement and cognitive-stimulation programmes. The nursery provides a welcoming, warm and safe environment for young children, supported by professionals who encourage their growth with care and respect.
