Anorexie Boulimie Saguenay is a community organization supporting people aged 14 and older who are affected by eating disorders, as well as their loved ones. Based in Saguenay, Quebec, the organization offers compassionate, human-centred support and promotes body diversity and the belief that people can find strength in rebuilding their relationship with themselves. Its services include an initial assessment, individual follow-up, support groups focused on eating disorders and self-esteem, and support for family members and other loved ones.

The organization also provides information and education through workshops, presentations, training sessions, conferences, community outreach and events, including activities for Eating Disorders Awareness Week. It shares a podcast and works with community partners through collaboration and consultation. People can contact the organization for themselves or someone close to them, submit a referral, or request training.
