Healy’s Commando Krav Maga and Integrated Combat Solutions is a Brisbane-based martial arts and combat-training provider led by Master Graham Healy. Its approach brings together practical self-defence, boxing, fitness and personal development, guided by the principle of integrity in mind, body and spirit. Training options include private lessons, integrated combat classes, kids’ kick training, workshops and online learning through Healy’s Integrated Self-Defence Academy (HISDA).

The curriculum covers releasing techniques, responses to punches and kicks, basic kicking, boxing, ground releases, and defence against knives and guns. Additional resources address gym programming, stretching, flexibility and lower-back-pain solutions. The organisation also offers rehabilitation-related content, teaching options, events and educational materials, including videos, PDFs, a library and a 12-week challenge.

Students can explore membership resources, plans and pricing, merchandise, and payment options; access to some site features is restricted to paid-up students. Prospective students are invited to book a call or private lesson to discuss training. Healy’s martial arts university presents the organisation’s history and learning programs
