C*C*S, also known as Console Cleaning Specialists, is a brand that specializes in providing cleaning and maintenance solutions for console desks in 9-1-1 emergency dispatch centers and other public safety environments. With a focus on console cleaning, preventative maintenance, console repair, wire management, and disinfection products, C*C*S aims to keep these important workspaces clean, dust-free, and protected from wear and tear. Founded in 2008 by Thad Parker, a veteran and single father who recognized the need for a maintenance program for console desks, C*C*S has been dedicated to ensuring that dispatchers have a clean and healthy work environment.
In 2012, Jenny Mason, the CEO, expanded the business nationwide and brought a new level of enthusiasm to the company. With years of hands-on research within the industry, Jenny has also conducted Germ Warfare and Toxic Environment classes specific to 9-1-1 centers across the country. At C*C*S, we are passionate about supporting those who have been taking care of us with little to no reward.
