The Commemorative Title offers personalised keepsake replicas of Victorian land titles, designed to celebrate homeownership and mark a meaningful property milestone. Customers can enter a property address to find a title based on information drawn directly from the Victorian Register of land, which records ownership of parcels in the state. The certificate is available for $95.76 and can be purchased for oneself or given as a housewarming or other gift.

Each Commemorative Title includes the property address, title holder name or names, and the relevant Volume and Folio number. Its design features the Victorian Coat of Arms, SERV and Victorian State Government logos, a replica of the embossed seal from the Office of Titles Victoria, and a copy of the Registrar of Titles’ signature. It also includes date stamps for when the owner became a property owner and when the commemorative certificate was issued. The brand presents the personalised certificate as a lasting display piece celebrating a significant investment. Customers can contact the SERV team with questions.
