Comm’un Cloud is a cloud service designed for local authorities, helping municipalities store and share documents with residents while managing files for internal use. The platform supports the publication of official records, decisions, notices, council minutes, municipal magazines, photographs and videos. Residents can access published materials through a municipality’s website, a dedicated cloud site or the Comm’une Actu mobile application, using a computer, smartphone or tablet. Features include an intuitive consultation experience, search tools, publication notifications, scheduled distribution and connections with municipal websites and the app.

For municipal teams, Comm’un Cloud also provides a private workspace for organizing and centralizing important documents. Its digital safe offers end-to-end encryption using AES 256-bit cryptography, with encryption and decryption performed on the user’s device. The service also includes qualified timestamping, with attestations that record when documents are deposited. Comm’un Cloud is part of the broader Comm’une Digitale range of digital products and services for local authorities, and the company invites municipalities to discuss their needs and projects with its team.
