Communicating Champions Speech Pathology Services

Communicating Champions is a paediatric speech pathology practice based in Dural, New South Wales, supporting children from birth through the early primary school years. Led by Principal Speech Pathologist Mary Nicola, the practice serves families across Dural, the Hills District and wider North West Sydney. With more than 22 years of experience, Mary provides evidence-based, family-centred care focused on helping children communicate, connect and participate confidently in everyday life.

Services include comprehensive speech and language assessments, individual therapy and small-group programs. Therapy uses a child-led, play-based approach, with parent coaching integrated into sessions and a purpose-built sensory gym. The practice supports children with communication delays, speech sound disorders, developmental language disorder, autism, global developmental delay, stuttering and social communication differences. Additional services include telehealth, the Hanen More Than Words parent program, Key Word Sign workshops, preschool speech and language screeners, and professional development for educators and organisations. Assessment reports can be prepared for families, schools or the NDIS, and the practice also offers NDIS support.
