CommuniCity is a transformative citizen-centered project funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe program. It aims to address the needs of European cities and communities through co-creation and co-learning processes. The project partners with companies, organizations, associations, and tech providers to develop innovative solutions for digital, urban, and social challenges.

The project is currently in its second round of open calls, inviting innovators to submit their ideas and solutions. The CommuniCity Consortium, comprised of twelve partners from six European countries, brings together extensive experience in developing community-centered practices. These partners include municipalities, universities, enterprises, research centers, and networks.

The pilot cities of Amsterdam, Helsinki, and Porto have already participated in the first round of pilots, and now the project welcomes replicator cities Aarhus, Breda, Prague, and Tallinn to join the journey. The project also offers a content hub with news, events, and resources to share knowledge and good practices.
