Company Chameleon is a dynamic and innovative brand that creates original and inspiring dance theatre in Manchester. With a passion for dance and movement, Co-Artistic Directors Anthony Missen and Kevin Edward Turner founded the company in 2007. Both trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and have worked with renowned dance companies and choreographers around the world.
Today, Company Chameleon tours internationally, presenting over 50 indoor and outdoor performances annually. They also lead dance classes and workshops wherever they perform, introducing thousands of young people to the beauty and power of dance. In 2019, the company welcomed Dame Darcey Bussell as its first-ever Patron.
With a strong focus on health and wellbeing, Co-Director Kevin Edward Turner has delivered workshops in diverse settings, advocating for the positive impact of dance. Their stage productions, such as Witness, which explores mental health through dance and movement, have received critical acclaim. Company Chameleon continues to push boundaries and captivate audiences with their groundbreaking performances and commitment to promoting dance as an art form
