Our brand, organizarea CONFERENCE ON COMPARATIVE AND INTERNATIONAL LAW, is dedicated to exploring recent developments and future perspectives in comparative and international law. Our conference provides a platform for legal scholars, practitioners, and researchers from various countries to present their work in the field.

We offer a diverse range of topics across three sections: comparative public law, comparative private law, and international law. These sections cover traditional and modern aspects of both public and private law, as well as international public and private law, European Union law, international trade law, and international arbitration.

In addition, we encourage research on international legal cooperation, convergence between legal systems, globalization of law, and cross-border legal issues, blending theory and empirical studies through case studies.

Participants can submit their scientific papers and attend the conference as either presenters or observers.
