Comparsa Piratas De Elda

Comparsa Piratas de Elda is a community association in Elda, Alicante, dedicated to participating in the town’s Moors and Christians festivities. Describing itself as one big family, the comparsa brings together members, friends and supporters around a shared pirate identity, represented by boots, waistcoats and skulls parading through the streets. Its website serves as an information hub for members and anyone interested in joining or following the group.

Visitors can find news, photographs of squads and participants, details of events, and a calendar of activities throughout the year. The site also provides membership application forms for the comparsa and its Sotavento association, along with information on fees, statutes, internal regulations and downloadable documents. Dedicated sections cover senior and children’s captaincies, the comparsa’s history, insignia, music and its anniversary publication.

A free mobile app for Android and iOS offers access to updates, including parade orders. The association also shares event information and details about its participation in Elda’s festivities, held from May 29 to June 2 in 2025
