Compassionate Mediation® is a relationship support and conflict-resolution practice founded by Linda Kroll, an LCPC, JD, IFS therapist, mediator, attorney, author, and meditation, yoga, and Ayurveda teacher. Drawing on more than 35 years of experience, the approach combines therapy, mediation, spirituality, and practical guidance to help people navigate conflict and important life decisions with compassion and clarity.

The practice supports individuals and couples in discussing emotions, communication, finances, parenting, intimacy, and possible separation in a setting designed to reduce blame and judgment. Its goal is to help people consider their choices, whether they want to renew a relationship, restructure it peacefully, or part with kindness.
