About Elli Tholouli
The Greek Centre for Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT Greece) is an esteemed international affiliate of the Compassionate Mind Foundation, established by Professor Paul Gilbert. The Centre is dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being through innovative compassion-based therapies.
