Compel International is a dynamic ministry dedicated to planting churches among unreached populations across the globe. Founded by seasoned ministry leaders, including Mark Renfroe, Dr. Joshua West, Richard Grangard, and Andreas Steffensen, the organization emerged from a collaborative effort at World Challenge, where they honed their church planting skills. Established as an independent ministry in 2025, Compel International operates from its base in Colorado Springs, with outreach efforts spanning the Middle East, Central Asia, South and Southeast Asia, and Europe.

With a team of 15 experienced professionals, Compel focuses on empowering indigenous leaders to establish and nurture churches in their cultural contexts. By training local believers, the organization aims to create sustainable Gospel movements. Compel's mission is to glorify God by making disciples and transforming communities, emphasizing the necessity of church presence in areas lacking the Gospel. The name Compel reflects their driving force: the love of Christ, motivating them to spread the message of hope and faith where it is needed most.
