IEDC, the Instituto Ecuatoriano de Derecho de Competencia, is a private initiative established in July 2017 with a social purpose and non-profit goals. Our mission is to promote and foster the study of Competition Law in Ecuador by monitoring the regulatory, jurisprudential, and doctrinal developments in this field.
