About Competition Commission
The Competition Commission, established in 2009, enforces the Competition Act 2007 in Mauritius. The Commission aims to enhance market competition for the benefit of all Mauritians, fostering economic progress and shaping the business landscape. Services include investigating restrictive practices, market studies, and providing advice to the government.
