Complete Hockey Academy (CHA) is a player-development organization based in the Greater Toronto Area, established in 2019. It provides tailored hockey training for committed athletes, teams, and organizations, with an emphasis on purposeful practice and skills that transfer to game situations. Its approach develops mechanical precision first, then builds tactical execution through game context, including spatial awareness, timing, and read-and-react decisions.

CHA’s services include private and small-group training customized to players’ needs and positions, as well as open-enrollment drop-in clinics with a stated five-to-one athlete-to-coach ratio. The academy also offers team development, including customized practice design, tactical systems, and positional concepts. Players can receive individual video analysis focused on decision-making and hockey IQ, or join a long-term mentorship program supporting character development and performance on and off the ice. PA-day and full-day camps combine hockey development with other activities and opportunities to build confidence and social skills.

CHA highlights player achievements ranging from advancement between competitive levels to national-team representation, professional pathways, CHL participation, and NCAA scholarships.
