Complete Wealth Strategies is an independent financial planning practice based in Cincinnati, Ohio, led by founder and wealth manager Carl E. McClurg Jr. The firm’s mission is to help clients take control of their financial lives and reduce the fear and anxiety that can accompany planning for the future. Its approach begins with listening: advisers work to understand the personal, professional, and financial factors that shape each client’s situation before developing a strategy.

The firm serves entrepreneurs and professionals, people approaching or living in retirement, and families seeking broader wealth management and protection. Its planning services address retirement income, investment, estate, insurance, tax, and pension considerations, as well as college planning, income protection, and employer plans. Complete Wealth Strategies also offers retirement planning resources, educational materials, and guidance on Social Security. Entrepreneurs can receive support tailored to the challenges of building a business, including exit planning expertise. The firm invites prospective clients to schedule an initial listening session to discuss their goals and determine whether its services are a good fit.
