Complexsports

Complexsports is a sports coaching project and team founded in 2013 by experienced athletes, coaches and nutrition specialists. Based in Gdynia, it works with individuals and companies across the Tricity area and throughout Poland. Its core programs are swimming lessons for children aged four and up, swimming instruction for adults, and triathlon coaching. The team also offers individual training, personalized training plans and online coaching, as well as sports camps, events and holiday activities for children.

Complexsports’ coaches bring backgrounds in swimming, triathlon, physical education and work with young learners. The founders, Małgorzata Szczęsna and Patryk Sawicki, are qualified swimming and triathlon coaches with Ironman racing experience. Other team members include a swimming coach and an instructor specializing in younger children, alongside a nutrition specialist and personal trainer.

Activities featured in the organization’s portfolio include pool and open-water swimming sessions, outdoor running and cycling, triathlon camps, workshops and children’s sports camps. Complexsports combines structured coaching with opportunities for athletes and families to train, learn and take part in sporting events.
