Composite Design Sweden AB is a knowledgeable company with 30 years of experience in construction and production using composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and aramids. We provide comprehensive services from design and calculation to planning and production. Our facilities are equipped with all the necessary tools for prepreg, vacuum injection, autoclave baking, structural bonding, and machining.

Composites are combinations of at least two materials that work together to provide unique properties in structural applications. We mainly work with fiber-reinforced thermosetting plastics, particularly carbon fiber-reinforced epoxy, polyester, or fiberglass. Carbon fiber, in particular, offers exceptional strength and stiffness properties, making it ideal for lightweight applications.

From design to production, we have extensive experience in developing and manufacturing carbon fiber solutions, ranging from one-piece prototypes to small-scale series production. Our in-house CAD work ensures efficient tool design for fiber-reinforced plastic casting. With our cutting machine, we can quickly and cost-effectively cut large quantities of prepreg.

With over 30 years in the industry, we have a wide range of expertise, from prototypes and vehicle components to furniture and even carbon fiber bridges. Our past and present clients include Blackwing, ABB Group, Westcoast Racing, Malmö Kommun, Desvall, and Volvo. We also have valuable partnerships with companies like Kompositbroar Swerige AB, Svenska Tanso AB, and FS Dynamics AB.
