Les Comptonales is a nonprofit organization based in Compton, Quebec, dedicated to promoting local producers, food processors, farmers, and artisans while celebrating the culinary heritage of the Eastern Townships. Its activities bring together residents and visitors through two complementary experiences shaped by the seasons.

The Compton Public Market has welcomed people since 2015, bringing together local vendors and the community on summer Thursdays in the Coaticook Valley. Visitors can discover regional foods, artisan-made products, and local initiatives in an accessible, lively setting.

In autumn, the Les Comptonales festival turns the countryside into a tasting and discovery circuit. Since 2005, the event has invited guests to visit agri-tourism destinations, meet the people behind local products, and sample bites highlighting regional flavours and know-how. The circuit can be explored by bicycle, car, or shuttle. The organization also presents the Market of the Harvests, extending its seasonal programming and celebration of local food culture. Together, its events create welcoming opportunities to experience the people, products, and traditions of Compton and the surrounding region.
