LA Fleet Week is a free Southern California community event presented by the Pacific Battleship Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Celebrated over Memorial Day, it brings the public together to honor service members, remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and recognize the Sea Services. The event combines a waterfront festival and ship tours with activities and gatherings across Los Angeles neighborhoods.
Visitors can explore active ship tours through a virtual queue, or book the Battleship IOWA Express Experience, which includes a Navy ship tour, collectibles, Battleship IOWA admission, and access to its onboard VIP Lounge. The waterfront program features more than 90 exhibits, games and displays, competitions, live entertainment, food and beverage vendors, and access to activities around the LA Waterfront by free trolley and shuttle. Neighborhood activations include concerts, community programs, volunteer projects, parties, and Memorial Day observances.
LA Fleet Week also invites organizations to exhibit, sponsor, or partner; volunteers and donations help sustain its free programming. The event connects communities through celebration, service, education, and remembrance.
