Concentric, a division of Riten Industries, specializes in high-precision workholding solutions, particularly renowned for their innovative and patented low-profile spring-loaded Live Centers. Designed to enhance machining efficiency, these Live Centers offer remarkable features such as reduced overhang for greater load capacity, increased rigidity, and the capability to operate at higher speeds thanks to a smaller turning radius. The self-adjusting spindle compensates for thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring consistent tailstock thrust and mitigating jamming issues.
They are engineered for durability, with needle bearings that handle radial loads of up to 5,500 pounds, significantly extending their lifespan—up to three times longer than conventional counterparts—while achieving impressive turning accuracy of up to 0. 0002 inches. Concentric's commitment to quality is reflected in their maxim, "Solutions, Not Excuses.
" For reliable performance in your machining operations, trust Concentric Live Centers for unparalleled precision and longevity. Contact them at 800-338-0027 or via email at sales@concentrictool. com for quotes and inquiries
