About Concordia
Concordia is a UK registered charity that creates opportunities for people to gain confidence, develop skills and connect with communities. With more than 80 years of experience, it offers two main pathways: volunteering in the UK and abroad, and paid seasonal farm work in the UK.
Through its volunteering programmes, Concordia connects participants with locally led projects where they can travel, contribute to community priorities, build friendships and develop skills for life. Its seasonal farm work programme places international workers in paid roles on UK farms through the Government Seasonal Worker Scheme. Concordia says it is committed to fair treatment and provides support and guidance to workers coming from abroad.
The organisation also shares information about its story, mission, people, impact, partners and funders, and offers ways to support its work or join its team. Visitors can sign up for news, opportunities and events, explore volunteering and farm work options, or learn about partnership opportunities.
