The Vinalies are professional wine and spirits competitions organised by Œnologues de France, the French oenologists’ association, for more than 40 years. They give producers an opportunity to showcase their products and earn recognition from industry professionals through anonymous judging, where labels, producer names and regions are hidden and quality is the focus. The competitions include Vinalies Internationales, Vinalies France, Vinalies Occitanie, Mondial du Rosé and the Trophée Beaujolais Nouveaux, as well as Best Wine in Box.
They welcome producers of wine and spirits, with some events specifically reserved for French producers. The organisation publishes competition results and prize lists, provides medal information and winner comments, and offers producers a space to access attestations and order medals. It also promotes awarded products and shares information with the press.
According to its survey of 2024 and 2025 winners, medal-winning producers reported an average 33% increase in sales. Vinalies presents its awards as a way for producers to gain visibility, differentiate their products and connect with wine professionals and customers
