Conductio

Conductio Oy is a Finnish, owner-operated company specializing in plastic surfaces for ski jumping hills. Founded in 1987, it manufactures and installs plastic mats, also known as plastic elements, and brings long-standing experience to their development. Its products are designed to provide smooth, stable glide in different weather conditions for both training and competitions.

The elements are made from frost-resistant polypropylene and can be produced with virgin or recycled materials. Conductio is also developing an element made entirely from recycled material, intended to maintain its friction characteristics in high temperatures and reduce the water needed to wet the hill surface. The company emphasizes durability, cost effectiveness and responsible use of materials; its recycled plastic element comes with a 10-year warranty and may have a service life of 15 to 20 years.
