CONFBEC

The Confederação Brasileira de Esportes de Contato (CONFBEC) is a Brazilian organization representing contact sports and describes itself as the official representative of WTKA in relation to Brazil’s Ministry of Sport. Its website serves athletes, coaches, instructors, masters, and sports schools involved in the disciplines represented by the confederation.

CONFBEC provides athlete and instructor affiliation services, with annual membership fees and registration conducted through its designated online platform. The organization states that affiliated members may vote in presidential elections and access confederation-issued declarations that can support applications for municipal, state, or federal Bolsa Atleta programs, subject to each program’s rules and eligibility conditions. Coaches and instructors must hold a current-year trainer registration to affiliate in those roles.

The website also publishes information on statutes, representatives, competition calendars, certification, referees, rules, permits, and membership. Additional resources include event registration, videos, results, rankings, and notices about WTKA competitions. CONFBEC’s services are aimed at organizing participation and maintaining formal links between contact-sport practitioners and a national sports administration body.
