About CONFEMEN
CONFEMEN, short for Conférence des ministres de l'Éducation des États et Gouvernements de la francophonie, is an international organization that brings together 44 member states and governments. Established in 1960, it is the first francophone institution in the world, with its headquarters in Dakar. CONFEMEN is committed to informing its members about the evolution of educational systems and ongoing reflections, as well as fostering dialogue and cooperation.
