Connected Women Foundation

Connected Women Foundation (CWF) is an endowment fund working to advance gender parity in innovation and technology. It addresses the underrepresentation of women in tech and the wider fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), where women make up less than a third of employees, according to the foundation. CWF aims to challenge barriers that discourage girls and women from entering these sectors and to recognize women’s contributions to science and innovation.

The foundation’s programs focus on raising awareness, inspiring young women, and supporting access to technology careers. It invites people to contact the organization for information about potential financial support for professional training. It also offers grants to help women attend major innovation fairs, with the goal of enabling their participation. Through these initiatives, CWF seeks to engage decision-makers on parity and guide and support women pursuing opportunities in innovation and technology. The foundation is led by a board that includes Corine Busson-Benhammou, Anne Lauvergeon, Elisabeth Moreno and Florence Ropion, and welcomes donations to support its cause.
