Connect in Harmony

Connect in Harmony is an equine training and instruction service founded by Ellen den Braber, who helps horses and their owners build clearer, more trusting relationships. With a longstanding interest in horses and their behavior, Ellen has developed her expertise through formal study and practical training. She completed the Tinley Academy’s higher professional program in equine behavior therapy, followed by E-quine.com’s instructor program in horse training and behavior, which she completed in 2019. She is also a certified ORUN instructor in horse and behavior and earned her Centered Riding Level 1 instructor diploma in 2021.

Connect in Harmony offers support with starting young horses, communication difficulties, tension, unwanted behavior, and behavior changes. Training is guided by calmness, patience, clarity, and trust, with the aim of helping horse and owner make progress together. Ellen encourages owners to seek help early, as established unwanted behaviors can be harder to change and may return.
