Connective Institute is a leadership development consultancy focused on authentic leadership, personal growth and stronger workplace relationships. It helps leaders build trust, psychological safety and clarity by developing greater self-awareness, presence and alignment with their values. Its approach creates space for reflection and lasting change, connecting individual development with the needs of teams and organisations rather than relying on ready-made solutions.
The institute offers structured leadership programmes, including Autentisk Lederskab 1, focused on communication and relationships, and Autentisk Lederskab 2, which develops coaching, facilitation and change-making skills. Other services include confidential one-to-one leadership sparring, feedback workshops, group supervision, workshops and theme days, conflict handling, and facilitation of difficult conversations. Programmes can also be tailored to organisations.
Connective Institute serves new and experienced leaders, HR professionals, independent practitioners and project managers. Participants work with practical leadership challenges while strengthening their ability to communicate clearly, make values-based decisions and create meaningful connections. Based in Copenhagen, the institute is led by owner and senior consultant Kia Karrebæk.
