Workers can use the sign-in page to access their corporate mailbox with their ConnectMail address and password, with a secure-password recovery option available.

The portal also includes a security verification step and directs administrators to create worker profiles in the Admin Panel, where they can retrieve a generated password for testing access. ConnectMail’s offering focuses on secure corporate mailbox access and practical account setup for organisations onboarding employees. The site references a corporate email policy, an authorised admin portal, and a main site, indicating that mailbox access and administration are presented as part of a managed email service
