We initially responded to market demand for services related to the openHAB project, and our collaboration with KUGU Home GmbH helped drive their stable growth and current business model.

In 2019, we attempted to attract venture capital firms to our hardware integration boosted by a software platform. Although these attempts were not successful, they marked our transition into a "proptech" company. In early 2020, we embarked on a project to integrate hardware from Technische Alternative RT GmbH. This project, which extended into mid-2022, enabled us to expand our knowledge and deploy our solutions in numerous estates in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Now, with our Swiss project successfully completed, we are entering a new phase. We are focused on bringing our business model closer to the cloud, leveraging the experiences and expertise gained over the years.
