Conner’s Pheasant Prairie is a family-owned hunting preserve in Malta Bend, Missouri, founded in 2019 by Seth and Diana Conner. Drawing on more than 30 years of farming experience, the family manages the land with regenerative practices, including cover crops and no-till farming. The preserve offers guided and self-guided upland bird hunts across fields planted with milo, pearl millet, sunflowers, and other cover crops, with soybean stubble between strips to make walking easier.

Its habitat is designed to welcome hunters of different ages and physical abilities. Hunts feature released pheasants and chukars, while a healthy wild quail population adds to the experience. Day hunts are self-guided by default, with professional guides and trained dogs available as optional support.
