Amphibian Ark is a conservation-focused organization that supports efforts to identify and address the needs of threatened amphibian species. Its Conservation Needs Assessments provide a structured way to evaluate species and determine which require priority attention and what immediate conservation actions may be needed. The process is designed to help direct limited conservation resources objectively and consistently across the many species at risk.

The Amphibian Ark assessment platform gives users access to species assessments, reports, and national assessment information, including a map for exploring assessments by country. It also invites scientists, field biologists, animal husbandry experts, and other knowledgeable contributors to become assessors. By sharing expertise and experience, participants can strengthen the assessments and help ensure that conservation work is focused where it is most needed.

The site features recent assessments from multiple countries and provides account access for assessors to manage their work. Through these assessment resources and opportunities for expert participation, Amphibian Ark connects conservation knowledge with practical priorities for amphibian protection.
